Take control of safety
Embrace remote working
Your kids will thank you
We are a community that is isolating together.
We recognize that a "vaccine only" strategy is not enough. We need to minimize the chance of exposure.
Each household has private space and we share community facilities so our children can play together.
We live on shared land in a gated community.
Community Rules
To enter the community a household must complete two weeks isolation in their home within the community. Tests for SARS-CoV-2 are conducted on days 1, 7, 14 and 21.
Community members can leave the site at any time, but must complete two weeks isolating on re-entry and test on days 1, 7, 14 and 21.
We do online shopping only with zero contact deliveries to the community gate.
We recommend tele-health for medical support. You may meet a Doctor in our outdoor meeting area for an appointment, but all parties must wear N95 respirators which are not to be removed at any time during the appointment. You must test on days 4, 7, and 14 after a visit. If anyone in your household needs offsite medical care your household must isolate for two weeks and test on days 7, 14 and 21 after visit.
Non-community members may visit in our outdoor meeting area while staying distant (5 meters) while all parties wear N95 respirators which are not removed at any time.
Community members must go through a police check before being approved.
All religions are welcome, but please do not to preach.
We do group excursions to outside areas like beaches, parks and nature walks. We go together so we don't have to "trust" each other.
These rules may seem strict, but joining our community is optional. We place our kids heath above all else.
Questions and answers
Question: Can I order in a Pizza?
Answer: Yes, with zero contact delivery to the community gate
Question: Can I leave?
Answer: Yes, at any time. You and your household will need to isolate for 2 weeks on your return and test on days 1, 7, 14 and 21.
Question: Is there a lease? or a time commitment?
Answer: No. We do not give long term commitments because of the legal complications if we need to ask you to leave because you have not followed the community rules. If you are friendly and follow the rules, then you will be a valued community member, and you will be able to stay.
Question: Where are the communities?
Answer: We are focusing on securing appropriate land with quality facilities in the US, Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for locations with suitable living accommodation, children's playgrounds, swimming pools, community rooms for child education, and enough land so every family has their own private space.
Question: Can friends or relatives visit?
Answer: Yes. Your friend or relative can visit you in your house within the community, and then your household will need to isolate from the rest of the community for 2 weeks from the date of their visit and test on days 7, 14 and 21. If they stay with you for 14 days then they can enter the community with you.
Question: What is the accommodation like? Can I inspect? Can I bring my own?
Answer: The accommodation depends on the site. Yes, you can inspect before committing (you must wear a N95 respirator). Yes it may be possible for you to arrange a the delivery of a pre-fabricated home.
Question: Do you guarantee that I will be safe from airborne diseases?
Answer: No. We will try our best because our kids health depends on it, but there are no guarantees.
Question: Who are you?
Answer: We are a work from home married couple with 2 kids under 4yo. We are determined to give our children a childhood where they can play freely with other children and make friends. We want to minimize risk as much as possible, so we are creating a space to connect with like minded people to get through the next few years of the pandemic until it is safe for our children to venture out. We are intensely sad that, right now, our children cannot do all of the things that we want them to do, like travel, visit indoor museums and normal schooling, but we have determined that the best gift we can give them is to protect their health.
Question: I don't have children. Can I still join?
Answer: Yes, probably. We are setting this up so that our children can have friends so we are focusing on "families", but yes, we would welcome anyone that wants to join the community for the right reasons.

The best gift you can give your children is health.
Their health... so they can grow into the wonderful adults that you want them to be...
... and your health so you can support on their journey.
The only opinion that matters is that of your children... when they are 40 years old.
